ECU Programming

VCX C6 automotive diagnostic tool has the capability for Benz models to program new ECUs or reflash old modules like ECM, PCM, BCM and etc after replacement to solve issues like drivability, power loss, fuel efficiency and fault codes.

VCX C6 can perform Online Coding to flash the hidden features, Personalized Settings, or disable the annoying functions, such as turn off the back up beep, turn the seat belt buzzer off. Active Test/Bi-directional Control

It can not only retrieves information from ECUs, but also send commands to ECUs and controls various car parts/subsystems to perform various component tests like Cycling the A/C Clutch On/Off, Fuel Injector Test to locate faulty injector, Cycling ABS Pump Motor, testing Wipers, Windows, Doors, Sunroofs, and etc.

*Oil Reset：Close the oil service light and reset service mileage & service interval after replacing the engine oil.

*Throttle Relearn: Allows to reset the throttle actuators to accurately regulate throttle (or idle engine) operations, helps keep your idling and acceleration smooth.

*ABS Bleeding: Get a firm brake pad after air exhaustion.

*Electronic Parking Brake Reset：Reset the new electronic parking brake for braking wheels safely again.

*DPF Regeneration: Allows to clear PM from the DPF filter through oxidation or combustion to stabilize the filter performance.

*Injector Coding: Allows to write a new code to the ECU for accurate communication and Injection control. After the ECU or injector is replaced, the cylinder can better identify injectors to accurately control fuel injection.
